query element is missing in version M

Former Member

Dear All,

I am getting a error when i import a query from development to quality system. Hence changes are not reflecting in quality system.

There are two error messages:

1. Error while activating element 47SJNESSZZF4SJNNWIGATUVY2

2. Element 4HL6V91XVWQ2KO7LBRDY2SU9M is missing in version M

i am not able to find out the cause of the above issues. I tried to find out what are these query elements but could not find from transport connection.

Anyone has clue about where to find these query elements and how to resolve these issues?

Thanks in Advance,

Vijaya

hi,

Create a fresh TR using transport connection. Make sure you tick all the objects under the query hierarchy.

Transport the TR, it would be successful.

Arvind.

Hi Vijaya,

Please run report CHECK_MISSING_ELEMENTS in transaction SE38 on the target system.

For Version, please use 'M'

This report is going to return a list of inconsistent elements.

With these results, you will need to manually transport the missing objects to the target system.

You can do this in transaction se09.

Afterwards, check if the problem still happens

Hope this helps!

HI

it is better to check before transport

thing you do is TCODE SE09>>REQUEST/TASK>>COMPILE CHECK

SYNTAX,CONSISTENCY,INACTIVE OBJ.

AFTER ERROR IN TR

se 38>>CHECK_MISSING_ELEMENTS

Thanks Arvind.

I retransported the query using transport connection. It worked.
