Inquiry: LO/QAAWS Connection problem


Just would like to inquire if any of you would know of any issue of LO/QAAWS connection getting affected by internet connection speed.

We are experiencing some intermittent problem with data showing on and off for different users.

I'm thinking that mayb the connection speed might be triggering the connections to be broken.

Hope to hear some inputs from community here.
