DEAR SD GURUS n EXPERTS,
Currently we are using a simple rebate system. Where we create the Material or Product Group wise Rebate Agreement for a customer --> Sales Order --> Delivery --> Billing than enter the Payment in the the Rebate agreement, Generate the Order for Credit and than Generate Credit Note.
Now, My requirement is: How can we configure the system for following requirements.
2. We want to decide the slab for rebate: For example:
a. If customer purchase the material More than 1,00,000 than rebate is 2%
b. If customer purchase the material More than 1,50,000 than rebate is 3%
c. If customer purchase the material More than 2,00,000 than rebate is 3.5%
3. We want to decide the slab for rebate like a Gift: For example:
a. If customer purchase the material More than 5,00,000 than He will get a Mobile
b. If customer purchase the material More than 10,000 than He will get a Desktop
c. If customer purchase the material More than 15,00,000 than He will get a Laptop
Here we consider the Total Sales Value for a Customer for a Month. and rebate paid monthly.
Please help.
With thanks,
DSC
Hi Devendra,
2. We want to decide the slab for rebate: For example:
a. If customer purchase the material More than 1,00,000 than rebate is 2%
b. If customer purchase the material More than 1,50,000 than rebate is 3%
c. If customer purchase the material More than 2,00,000 than rebate is 3.5%
While creating rebate agreement using transaction VBO1 you can set the scales for the condition record.
In your case set the scales as
1,00,000 - 1,49,999 = 2%
1,50,000 - 1,99,999 = 3%
2,00,000 and above = 3.5%
The scale levels are always only applicable to the condition record they were created for.
Thanks
