Hi,

i think it's safe to ignore it. As far as I understand it says that you can't assign or remove authorization to some users because those users automatically get those permissions.

Cheers

I'm doing a dual study in business informatics at DHBW Mosbach.

Means I'm working and studying in the changing.

And the IdM project is the thing I write about my bachelor thesis.

Hi Martin,

yes I think so too.

Thanks for your confirmation.

Hi Erik,

Make sure that you have entered the SA account information correctly. Check with the DBA to see if there are any restrictions. You might need to have them run the script.

Hi Matt,

I'm sure that I had entered the sa account credentials correctly.

Cause this is a project for my bachelor thesis, myself is the DBA =/

I ignored the warnings and everything is okay for the moment.

Thanks for your answer.

Interesting. It's certainly not liking something about the connection. Wonder if this might have been related to your other issue.

Where do you get to do a thesis on NW IDM?

Hi Erik,

it seems, that you haven't the sa user within the sql server.

Have you installed the sql server with option "mixed Authentication"?

Kind regards,

Achim

Hi Achim,

thanks for your answer.

I installed the sql server with option "mixed authentication".

SAP Inst automatically changes the authentication mode into Mixed Mode when installing a Java System.

Any other advice or idea?

Erik
