Team Calender

Hi,

I have configured the Team calender. We require the following scenerio:

1. Approver can see the direct subordinates leave/attendance data, not all, through Team Calender.

2. Approver can see the direct subordinates leave/attendance data, not all, through Leave Approval.

Now , a user can see the data of team that are in the same Org Unit.

But approver goes through Leave Approval and Team calender, there is no data.

How can i get the same.

You have to modify the evaluation which is attached to MSS_LEA_EE

in V_T77Aw, you ll see like SAP_MANG etc

MSS_LTV_EE (Team: Employee selection): the two organizational

views MSS_LTV_EE_ALL and MSS_LTV_EE_DIR are assigned.

MSS_LEA_EE (Leave Request: Employee Selection) the two

organizational views MSS_LEA_EE_ALL and MSS_LEA_EE_DIR are assigned

In the SAP standard, the evaluation path SAP_MANG is used to determine

the root objects. This evaluation path determines root objects whose

manager holds a chief position (please take a look at the F1

documentation of the field "Eval.Path for Root Objects" on the detail

screen in the view V_TWPC_V "View Definition" for further information on

this topic).

Ensure that the field Exclude managers is not ticked

for your path ie ESSDIR

Also check the customisation using

report RHSTRU00

Does the approver has all authorisation to see the data?

Do you have correct evaluation path in place, ie in table v_ptreq_team

For selection of employees you need to tweak the evaluation path as shown in above table ie modify the standard one

Authorizations are there.

v_ptreq_team entries are as follows:

00000002 Test Rule Group 01.01.1800 31.12.9999 A Approval Mode V View Group (MSS) MSS_LEA_EE

We want that approver of leave request can see his subordinates during the leave request approval(Team Calender) .

I checked that current supervisior is not able to see the subordinates. But the head of the Org unit is able to see all the employee under that org unit in approval.

Could you please guide me to implement that current supervisior can see his direct subordinates.
