Dear Experts,
we are facing problem that, when superior (boss) approve or reject leave request of employee no communication is passing to the employer to employee. Please provide inputs to solve my problem.

Now my problem is solved for ITS version single approver WS20000081 is working fine.
did you run rptarqemail to sent out mails after approval or rejection ? This should be scheduled regularly

Can you elaborate what you actually want to happen and if your workflow is configured correctly?
You should try finding the task which doesn't work as per your requirement via TA SWIA.
