vendor removal frm search list

Hi

I have list of 10 block vendors for procument,so this vendors coming in search list in po, pr etc is this possible to remove frm

search list during po,pr for all 300 users,

are you talking about F4 search help?

in this case you would need to develope a new include which does not list the vendors with deletion flag.

Hi

After Blocking Vendor its still avaliable in the data base and F4 -search will hit data base and search accordingly. If you want to remove then go for Achiving vendors then you will not get those vendors in the search.

In vendor master search term maintain as 'Blocked'.While searching ask user to search it as mentioned earlier in purchasing documents.Even user selects blocked vendor,it will show error message "Vendor blocked for purchase organization".
