Planned order creation for AFS material

Dear Experts,

I'm facing a problem while running '/n/afs/md02'. I've maintained 5% assembly scrap for a material and the MRP run gives me a rounded up scrap quantity. For example, If the quantity is 11 pcs then its giving 1 pc as scrap quantity. But if the quantity is less then 10 then it is not giving me any scrap quantity. But i need that 1 pc. Can anyone tell me how can I achieve this?

Dear,

In material master MRP-1 view put the Rounding value = 1, and run the MRP, it will work for you.

Please try n confirm.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your response. But it seems like not working. Still its not giving me a scrap quantity.

Note that when i try to create a planned order using MD11 then its giving me a rounded figure, but not when im running /afs/md02.
