Quta balance as on date

Hi Experts,

I am writing a PCR to retrieve quota balance as on the last of the year (For example 31.12.2010). I have used HRS=FR01C

where 01 is leave quota type for PL.When time evaluation runs for 31.12.2010, it gives me PL balance as on that date but the problem here is if an employee has taken leave from say 28.12.2010 to 10.01.2011 and suppose the employee has 30 days of quota in his account then quota balance as on 31.12.2010 is retrieved as 27 days (Only three days from 28.12.2010 to 31.12.2010 subtracted from 30 days of quota). However I want it to be 14 days (27 days minus 13 days (28 Dec to 10 Jan comes to 13 days of leave). Please let me know if this is possible through any standard config.

Note:

I have Ticked the checkbox named "Deduction over interval end" in view T554S.

Can you check the validity of the Quota is it for one year

Validity is from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010.

Can you make the validity for that as 31.12.9999 (just test once) and let us know the result
