Hi All,

I need to assign a group to 2000 users in PORTAL.

I know we can do it one by one....but its too time consuming.

Please advise if any feature available by which this task can be done in a better way.

Please NOTE:Both users & group are existing in Portal.

Hi Peeyush

Select and display the group which you have to add to the users and click on export button . Copy the data from export field and paste it in a notepad file. Append users that are to be assigned to this group seperated by a ; and space and save the text file on you machine. Go to import button on the portal click on overwrite exisitng data and upload the file that you saved
