Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (RWI 00226) in QAAWS

Hi gurus

I face a problem when i try to create a new QAAWS, or edit a existing QAAWS or Run the Dash Board

It Showing me erroer Cannot initialize Report Engine server. (RWI 00226)

When I restart the server it works fine for 2-3 execution of DashBoard or editing of QAAWS

Please Help me.

But my problem is it showing me error after 2-3 use

When i restart the server it work fine for 2-3 use after that it showing me above error
