Im faceing this issue:

Problem connecting to E-Recruiting system. Check your RFC destination.

The incorrect HR object has the key 01NA00000000

When Im trying to post the Requisition through Manager role.

Hi,

all users working with e-recruiting need to have a candidate object.

Please run the report RCF_CREATE_USER for your test users. In production you need to use an ALE integration scenario.

Hello,

It seems you are using a distributed WD scenario where the RFC connection is not working correctly. Please make sure the parameters RECFA BL2UI (in backend system) and RECFA UI2BL (in frontend system) are set up in a proper way (see also the documentation for these IMG steps as the UI2BL RFC connection must also be a trusted system one).
