Mail trigger on each save with out status change
We are setting up Service Desk and implemented the SAP Note 1512895. After teh implementation of this note, everytime i save the transaction(without changing any status), still its triggering the mail.
i mean if am not changing the status and save the service desk messge, even then the mails are triggered.
how to prevent this, the mail shoudl trigger is the status is or any action is performed
