Hi Experts,
We are setting up Service Desk and implemented the SAP Note 1512895. After teh implementation of this note, everytime i save the transaction(without changing any status), still its triggering the mail.
i mean if am not changing the status and save the service desk messge, even then the mails are triggered.
how to prevent this, the mail shoudl trigger is the status is or any action is performed

Check SAP Note - 865619 - Actions should only be scheduled if status is newly set.

You can configure the same as per your requirement
just goto action scheduling condition and control the schedule/start condition as per your requirement
so this action get schedule/start whenever you require it

can you check what is value given for "action determination and Action Merging " in action definition profile of this e-mail action
Also check if it is schedule automatically or on required status only
