Error jcontrol.exe could not be start

Hi Expert,

I have an issue regarding SMD server can't start or stop. the color of SMD server in SAP MMC is Red, and in the process list : jcontrol.exe | could not be start. and here is the developer trace log :

Hi

as per the trouble shooting guide

the exit code -11112 for authoraisation Problem ( page no 32).

please check in other SMD <>.log, did you see any solman connection failure issue due to authoraisation

There seems to aproblem when the SMDAGENT is being Stated .

Could you show us the Developer Traces for SMDAGENT .

Hi ,

This Problem is with the JAVA VM . The SMD Agent Requires atleast 1.5 GB RAM .

Probably , this could be Issue with the Memory Setting .

Try Increasing the Java Xms and Xmx Parameters in COnfigtool .

Before that Could you also Post the Logs of Default.trc after restrating the SMD .
