BO Erro On Window 7

Hi,

We are having machines running on Windows 7, when we try running BO on them we keep getting an error message like Server Error(USR0057) Details:CSInvalid native charset:AL32UTF80.

Please advise on what could be causing this error and how can we resolve it to make BO run successfully.

Hi,

what for exact applications are dropping that Error? Is it Crystal Reports, Webi Rich Client etc.?
