How to update a G/L account in a PO using BAPI_PO_CHANGE

Hi,

I am trying to update G/L account number for an item in a purchase order using BAPI_PO_CHANGE. All the configurations are in proper place for the G/L account number but still G/L account number is not getting updated for the PO.Please let me know the solution.

Hi Bala Duvvuri,

In your situation the GL was in display mode for oline so it could not be updated. Once config was change this could be updated.

Hi,

Are you able change the GL account online in ME22N?

What is the account assignment category you are using?

What is your BAPI return message?

Make sure General Ledger Account field is open for input (should be mandatory or optional) in trx OME9.

I am able to change it online and bapi return message is no data changed and configuration is fine
