Termination & Posting- Rerun payroll/ Re posting to FI for Terminated Emplo

Hi Team,

We have terminated 1 employee on 01.04.2011.We have paid his March Salary. but here we for got to make EOSB(End of service benefit)/ Final Settlement.Posting has been done for March and april month.

Now we want make changes in Masterdata for March Month.

Query is- Whether after making changes in Master data now for March month, whether we have to rerun payroll again,and we need to do posting for the missed amount.

But actually 49094 SAR is paid to the employee through Vendor Account.(transaction code-FBL1N) on April without any entry from HR PART.

the problem is for FI posting purpose they want entry from HR PART, for 49094 SAR. how to make this entry,for march month. how posting for this amount / what we needdc to do for this scenario.Pleas help.

hi

you can run a bonus payroll on the same day and check on which the last payroll has been executed.
