After result analysis for TECO project, planned cost is cleared to 0.

Hi Experts,

I have some doubts for project result analysis. Firstly I set "TECO" status for project. Then i try to run KKA2 to get result analysis for this project. But i accidently found the planned cost has been cleared to 0. I remembered clearly when the project is in "Rel" status, After i execute KKA2, the planned cost is always fixed. I am wondering why i change the project status from "Rel" to "Teco", after I run result analysis planned costs will be changed to 0. Pls help me!

What RA method are your using? Check the settings in OKG3 for the RA key that you are using for both the REL as well as the TECO status. The RA method and the settings in OKG3 will influence the results you see after the RA run. Still better, you can sith your CO consultant and understand as to why this is happening.

Please check setting in OKG3 (Simplified Maintenance of Valuation methods).

In this TCODE you can define RA methods

Status Control for REl & TECO &DLV & FNBL.

Profit basis & Valuation level etc.
