how can I add users to Distribution list in broadcast message

Hi,

after I have finished making all configuration settings to activate broadcast message in IC..I want to create a new distribution list, when I tried to enter a users to this list an error message appear in the top says "there are no users in the system".

I want to know the reason behind this.

I did what you mentioned and now I have no problem with adding users.

I was assigned the users to position not to org unit

Hi,

Can you please check which Org unit is used for the broadcasting profile

and check if you have manitained any users for this unit?

If its not maintained then you wont see the users in the pop up for

selection of users.

So the point here is that, you can only add the users who are part of

the Org. Unit maintained in the current Broadcast Profile and not

any user which is existing in the system.
