Landed cost on a Sales Order

We ship internationally to do business in other nations. Prior to even moving the Sales Order to a Delivery I would like to know how much each item we ship will cost providing we have shipping quotes in hand. This information will help us know how to create the proper Price List for our registers.

I noticed that the Gross Profit calculator comes close, but when I change the freight & other factors, it does not effect the Gross Profit margin.

Because Landed Costs are only available in AP, how do I determine it in AR? I am currently on 2007, but am testing 8.81.

More you can do is you can maintain all those info in User Defined fields and get it captured through user defined query reports...........

Hi,

There is no current system function to support your goal. You need to find a solution by some workaround such as creating a dummy sales quotation with the new cost including freight to calculated the new profit margin.
