Crystal Reports Viewer

I have a Crystal Report that is running fine. It has a sub-report that is also running fine, returning 8965 records from an Oracle database. When I bring up the sub-report viewer and click on the "Export this report" button it pops up the "Do you want to open or save this file?" dialog box. If I immediately click on u201COpenu201D all of the 8965 records are exported into the csv file. But if I run it again and wait for 60 seconds with the "Do you want ti open or save this file" dialog box visible before I click on the u201COpenu201D button, then the file is truncated to only 934 and a half records. (The final record is cut off half way through a field.)

Anyone seen this type of behavior before?
