Hi Experts,

After performing Settlement Rule on IW32 for settling costs towards ORD (Orders) for Capital projects with AUC#, the prices on PRs created from the Work Order do not show up on the Commitment costs towards the Order # in T-code S_ALR_87013019 for Order group xxxxx.

It shows up on Commitment costs when creating PRs settled towards Orders from ME51N, but not when creating PRs from PM work orders.

This makes it difficult for managers to manage the PM cost towards projects since the COMMITTED costs are not shown up for the AUC Orders from PM work orders. Only once the work order is settled that these costs are posted into ALLOTTED section for the order.

This happened where one WO #: 12345 which was settled towards ORD settlement receiver 5000001. This Order # still does not show up any costs in the Commitment section, looking from T-code S_ALR_87013019.

What could be the reason that this Work order is not displayed while executing report S_ALR_87013019.

Check if Commitment Management is active for the PM Order Type (T code KOT2 or KOT2_OPA)
