Display top 5 data in pie chart.

Hi,

a)I have 2 columns

1. Branch - has 10 column

2. Sales revenue

I have to display top 5 sales data for the branch in pie chart. The remaining 5 datas legend should be shown as "others" in the same pie chart. Can you tell me the steps

b) I have a pie chart-A with aggregated data which has 4 region of sales data. Have other pie chart-B with detailed data.

*pie chart-A*

Region sales

East 35344

West 6565

North 87489

South 35736

Pie chart- B

Region Branch sales

East A 848

East B 573

East C 235

West D 854

West E 632

West F 682

If i click East region, the branch details should be displayed in seperate pie chart.

In pie-chart A, if i click "Drill down" option-> the insertion type i clicked is "Row", when moved to pie chart-B it doesnot allow me to take 3 rows at the same time'

(eg: s

East A 848

East B 573

East C 235).

Note: I need to display all the 3 rows of data in pie chart. Need to know what type of insertion type to select multiple rows.

In that PDF, I can see only top 5 data. the remaining 7 datas should be shown as others in pie- chart?. Is iit possible.The legends should also be changed.

Can we tell me how to include attachements ?
