Rebate processing

Hi gurus,

I have got the new requirement for rebate schemes as below.

+Can you please help me out whether it can be fix with standard SAP SD Rebate processing or Not ?

Scheme is valid for 20 days and based on advance booking concept

Scheme Period Product Token Advance (Rs) Incentive on booking & Sold qty (Rs)

10.01.2011- 31.01.2011 xxxxxx-501 20.00/- kg 4.00/-kg

Example for ABS Incentive calculation : If a whole seller booked 3000 kgs & sold 2500kgs , he will get incentive on 2500kg only. If a whole seller booked 2500 kgs & sold 3000 kgs ,he will get incentives on 2500 kgs only .

Which ever is lesser.

In addition to the above , company is going to offer the fallowing attractive schemes to whole sellers .

A) Gift scheme on booked quantity:

Booked Qty GIFT

Upto 999 Nill

1000 u2013 1999 Mixer juicer /(Upto 2000 )

2000 -2999 Digital camera (Upto 5000)

3000 -3999 Lcd tv (upto 25000)

If the whole seller is booked 5000 kgs in the above scheme, he will get incentive of lcd tv for 4000 kgs & mixer juicer for balance 1000kgs.

Hello,

Try Free good for this scenario, instead of rebate.

Check user exit for free goods user exit (MV45AFZ4) which will trigger at sales order.

Take assistance of ABAPer to write a code of Free Goods VBN1 scales.

In forwarding process we can do it in free good concepts but in this below point we need to have any ztable to be develoup?

You can use Exclusive Free goods functionality.

So, here the customer pays for the goods ordered and receives additional goods.

This is known as exclusive free goods and means that free goods is granted for an additional quantity to that in the purchase order.

More is delivered than was ordered and the additional quantity is not billed.

The goods delivered as free goods do not have to be the same as material ordered.

When 5000 kgs are ordered, the you supplies LCD TV as free goods.

But, as I said earlier you need to work with ABAPer for Scales.

May be you need to have a Z Table for the scale.
