Install SAP Business One Integration Service before enabling the dashboard

Hi All,

I am having trouble with enabling the dashboard widget in SAP 8.81

I have installed a fresh installation of SAP B1 8.81 PL04 and when I try and enable the dashboard widget I get the following error message.

Install SAP Business One Integration Service before enabling the dashboard widget Message ID = 1290000001

I even upgraded to SAP B1 8.81 PL05 and still have the same problem.

The Integration Component is installed.

I even tried the suggestions in this [post|] to open ports 8009 and 8443 but still no luck.

Does anybody have any idea why this could be happening?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Quinn,

in context with the related thread there's also [SAP Note 1536119 |https://b1-support.wdf.sap.corp/sap/support/notes/1536119]- Port assignment in the B1 Integration Component landscape

I recommend to remove the Integration component and any Tomcat deployment before you upgrade/reinstall again.
