Job LANDSCAPE FETCH stop with status ERROR

hello Everyone,

We have a issue with LANDSCAPE FETCH job in our solman system (SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 Windows - SQL Server), the job log reports:

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSGET_SMSY, variant &0000000000004, user ID SOLADMIN)

The SLD server connection is inactive

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

We check the password of user SLDAPIUSER in Tx SLDAPICUST and the user can log on into the SLD (The SLD is the same solman system) but in Tx SLDCHECK the following error is show:

Exchange Infrastructure: Test LCR Connection

Properties of RFC destination SAPSLDAPI

RFC host:

%%RFCSERVER%%

program id: SAPSLDAPI_SOL

gateway host:

gateway service:

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping was successful

SLD server access settings:

host name: SERVERName

port number: 50000

user : SLDAPIUSER

Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data

Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...

=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 3

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

Now checking access to the XI Profile

Properties of RFC destination LCRSAPRFC

RFC host:

%%RFCSERVER%%

program id: LCRSAPRFC_SOL

gateway host:

gateway service:

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping was successful

Calling function EXCHANGE_PROFILE_GET_PARAMETER

Retrieving data from the XI Profile...

Function call returned exception code 2

Access to the XI Profile is currently disrupted.

=> Check whether you can access the XI Profile using a web browser!

The RFC in Tx SM59 --> SAPSLDAPI works fine.

How can we fix this issue?

Thanks in advance for your help.
