Hi,
We are having problem with SAPJSF password. After restarting the server, we tried to test connection in UME for SAPJSF, but the connection fails. When we enter the correct password, the test connection works. Seems like the UME is not getting the correct password for SAPJSF. Does anyone know where to change the hardcoded password for SAPJSF?
Thanks a lot.

Hi,
Open your Visual Administrator of your portal and go to Server0 -> Services -> UM Provider
There you can change the property:
ume.r3.connection.master.passwd
Don't forget to save your changes.
Best regards,
Tom.

Follow OSS Note 721548.
If you change the password of the SAPJSF user, note that it must also be changed for the RFC connections that are used in XI. To do this, log onto the J2EE administrator tool and change the password in the individual RFC destinations in 'Cluster --> Server --> Services --> JCo RFC Provider'. Choosing the Set pushbutton and then stopping and starting the destination transfers the changes.
