Other than the 'Gross Profit' option under Administration > System initialisation > Authorisations > General Authorisation > Sales AR. Are there any other settings which would prevent a user from accessing this option?
Can it be confirmed that only 'Professional' users can access this option, what about if the user is a CRM Service (Standalone) user? Is this one of the many user license clamp downs which has come into play in 8.8?

Hi Juan,
The answer to your first question is Yes. Only one authorization exist for Gross Profit that you mentioned.
You can test to see if CRM user can get that authorization or not. Only professional license should have this authorization.
