SAP B1 8.81

I just installed SAP Business One 8.81 PL4. I installed the server and client on a Windows server. When I try to log into the OEC company get the following:

Unable to connect to companies in current server as

algorithm in not updated;run common upgrade to upgrade security algorithm

How do I run this upgrade
