How to edit the approved Shopping cart

Dear Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 and implemented process controlled workflow for the shopping carts, however once the shopping cart is approved all the fields are grayed out and not been able to edit the same which should retrigger the workflow.

Thus request your advice on how to achieve this functionality.

You can not edit the shopping cart after approval.

Dear All,

Thank you for your inputs, however in a scenario where the user makes some mistakes which was approved by the approver, so where is the chance to edit the shopping cart and resubmit for workflow approval. Please suggest a way to accomodate this requirement.

Hello,

Either you modify wrong PO data or you delete the PO in order to modify the SC and so, re-start the SC workflow.

Hello,

After cart is fully approved, it cannot be changed anymore.

There is the edit button, but it is there only for deletion purpose.

There was a bug in the past, where cart was changeable after approved. Note 1315293 corrected such issue.

Hi,

Once SC is approved , then you can't edit it again.. this is standard..

what is your business requirement?
