BBPAT04 alwasys requiered ID and password.

Hi community SRM,

I am trying to set the BBPAT04 transaction forget the password and recover self service.

the problem.

always when the user select link option help in logon page the system always required the user ID and Password.

that is not logic because the user dont Know that information.

any Idea and suggestion.

Hello,

For the integrated ITS 6.40, the logon data for the service BBPAT04 must be maintained using transaction SICF.

Search for the service BBPAT04.

Double click on it.

You can see an "anonymous logon data" section which you may maintain.

After doing so, users will automatically be logged in.

Hi Ricardo Thanks for your help.

put a common user with roles sap_eb_bbp_createuser and then put that into bbpat04 services. and working ok.

question .

where is settup to anonymus user. could you please help me ?
