COOIS, report issue

Business likes to know list of PR's created in the system by MRP and PO if conevered for any requisitions

I used COOIS --> Purchase requisition

its giving all required columns except material number, it is blank

Can you please help, any other report?

Why can't you check report MD04 or MD07 ?

You can use ME57

COOIS is report on production order - so it shows PR & PO created for non-stock materials required in production order. For report on PR, try Txn: ME5A, and for report on PO, try Txn: ME2M.

As i aware COOIS --> Purchase Requisition

will give for list of all materials PR's created by MRP if any, production order number will also be avaialble in output

My Requirement is list of PR's created by MRP for production Order reference

We use same number ranges for all PR's [ manual PR/MRP PR]

Yes, from production order, we will have only 2 types of purchasing - either we are "purchasing" external processing of any operation, or we are procuring non-stock material. The GR of that non-stock material also creates its GI-to-order.

Goto ME57 then click on dynamic selections then double click on control indicator.select B.Then press F8 the system will give the PR created thro MRP run.

Click on purchase document category F
