F4 values not coming via custom class in HCM process

Hi experts,

I have created a HCM process with one custom class.In that class, i have wrote the coding in the method 'IF_HRASR00GEN_SERVICE~GET_HELP_VALUES' to load the values for the field which i have kept as input help in the form scenario.While executing the process i have debugged the class, the values are loading correctly .Once the values are loaded,it is calling the method 'PROCESS_F4_HELP' of the standard class 'L_HRASR00_DISPATCHER=========CP' there key is not yet assigning so i am getting the error as 'The Assert Condition was Violated',Could you please help me out on this issue ?

Hi,

Have you designed any input help in your Process?

if so check the name of the key field. It should be same in all the places.

In the configuration mention that the help value comes from that generic service..it will come up
