UWL attachments not opening from Portal

Hi Everyone,

In our Portal UWL Inbox for some workitems attachments are not opening and we are getting below error.

An error has occurred while trying to get attachment(s). Try again and if the problem persists, inform your system administrator

We are able to open the attachments from SAP Backend.Please help.

Here are some logs

Most possible cause - insufficient authorization in the backend.

Please set up a trace using ST01 and check if there are any authorizations missing.

Hi Thanks for the update,

The user can open the same attachment from Backend.So,I don't think that this is related to authorization.The attachment can be opened from SAP but not from Portal.While opening we are getting the below error.

The authorization required to open the attachment from the backend directly is different from the authorization required for opening the attachment from the portal.

Have you checked the trace from ST01 while replicating the error ?
