Use multiple material prices in BW inventory reporting (non-cumulative kf)

Hi experts,

We are implementing inventory management reporting in BW. We will use the non cumulative key figure scenario (making use of movements instead of snapshots).

One of the requirements is to report on stock aging (in monthly buckets) at several material prices (e.g. standard price, factory cost price, sales price).

The prices can be changed at any time.

Does anyone have a solid solution how to make thes prices available in reports for calculating QxP?

Challenge:

Current stock level needs to reported at actual prices but is a summation of historic goods receipts. Simply adding the price to the material revaluations is no option.

Who has a bright idea?

Thanks.

Hi,

Create Material Price master data which Material and Plant compounded, with attribute as all the Prices (key figures) you mentioned.

You can use these attribute KFs in CKFs using Replacement path Formula Variables. This works.

Challenge though is the MBEW table in source stores only latest price. Thus, if Price needs to be price at the time of posting in your report, it is not possible.
