Dear Friends

I am working on CS (Customer Service Module). I have two queries to as for:

1. Is there any specific Customer Service Forum where I can discuss my queries.

2. what is the process of moving the customization from Development Server to Proudction server to be used by the end users. If you have any documentation to share, I shall be obliged.

HI

1.Create a request for the customization done.

2.T code se09/se01- select your request and click on release(you will have a root request generated first release that and then the customized req)

3. goto STMS click on the quality server (CIQ) and select your request number.

Click on import (do not click on import ALL)

It will ask for a msg click yes and if required will ask for client number.Enter the respective client number to which you are

moving

4 .refresh and you will see that in green tick mark.

5.Then in STMS click on CIP and again import it.

Hi:

I have a problem while working on Notification in customer service, that Notification cannot select Contract No in Sale Doc. Kindly help as soon as possible, as this is critical.
