hi gurus,
we created a special dispute case type for our prepayment scenario. however during settlement, the settlement documents from CRM do not appear in the attachment docs. the business object, invoice and customer are there, however the settment docs are not visible. any ideas?
Are you refering to a TPM Claims Management sceanrio?
Have you got Enhancement Package 1 activated in CRM and 5 in ERP?
Is the settlement document a type of credit note? I believe that it could be possible for this to be derived into the dispute case but there would need to be a common reference.

thanks for the feedback, the document flow starts from CRM where prepayment is created and due settlement is created as well. the settlement then creates an accounting doc in ERP, which in turn automatically creates a dispute case. now, the clearing for the settlement starts in CRM too, and clears the dispute case in ERP, so I would imagine the common reference would be the Due Settlement created in CRM. would that work out? doesn't the reference need to be an ERP document as well?
