Incomplete Export to Excel of Billing List

Hi,

We are having issue when data is transferred to excel as follows:

TCODE: VF05 (Select parameter like date span and other).

List is displayed. It contains invoices eg 20 Invoices

Now save this list using excel or save the list to excel format.

When we open excel it shows only 15 invoices i.e. some invoices are missing.

While opening excel it gives error saying some part is corrupt.

This is not user specific problem as it happens to all.

One more thing, client recently upgraded to ECC6.0.

Hi Shailender,

If you are using the menu path for downloading the data, try tying %pc in the transaction window, the system will prompt you with a pop up with all file formats, now save the data in XLS format and try opening it.

If you are still facing the error try if you are facing the same error with all reports or only for VF05N (VF05N in case of Ecc 6.0)
