Hi friends

1. There are some leaves applies through ESS and they are not approved, in over view of leaves, the status showing as sent, but while I am trying to delete the same, system showing a msg like The leave must not start before 24.05.2010

I was trying to delete the leaves of yr 2009 .

2. how can we know who is the approver for the leaves, I mean to ask, where and how can we find the person with whom the leave request is with,

3. can we delete the leave from back end which is applied through ESS by an employee, and how

You can use below reports to see the approver and delete it

Rptarqdbview : you can see all the leave request

for deletion use rptarqdbdel !

All this can be accessed by PTARQ

Some leaves error which you see is due to the fact that some absences violated the effect that they were requested before the check for this absence as maintained in V_t554s_web
