EEWB Customer fields data not in crm_dno_monitor

Dear solman experts,

I added some customer fields to a ZDCR business transaction. I can select it in my crm_dno_monitor. But when i list it in crm_dno_monitor the customer field doesn't contain any data. I think some adjustments have to be made in badi AI_SDK_CRM_DNO_MON, but i am not sure and do also not no what adjustments.

Can someone help me with these questions.

Hi

The BADI for adding your fields to CRM_DNO_MONITOR transaction is with the same name

so use this BADI CRM_DNO_MONITOR- Enhancements for Service Process Monitor

to add your fields to be displayed

this will solve ur problem

the fields are being displayed in the crm_dno_monitor. But the data of the fields not. How do i add the fields to the BADI?

I dont have system right now but i remember below 2 tables were used for the same

table CRMD_CUSTOMER_H

CRMD_CUSTOMER_I
