Can't open Delivery document

Hi all,

I am using SAP 2007 B pl 10 new database.

1. I have created new posting period of FY 11-12 with period indicator 11-12.

2. In this i have configured document numbering for all documents with name 11-12 along with same period indicator of posting period.

3. For first time i opened delivery document, selected batches and add the document.

4. Now again i am trying to open the document system giveing message" To open document first define numbering series in administration module".

4. Even i can't find out that saved document in find mode of delivery document.

5. I am only able to find that document in open item list of delivery.

6. And if i click that document then system does not open document and gives error" No matching record found 'Delivery'(ODLN)(ODBC-2028)

Please help out what to make required changes to open the delivery document.

Hello Malhotra,

User should have proper rights in document numbering series (Group1-9)

All users are superusers and even manager can't open..

You check the "NNM1" table in database and check whether the document number was created for the delivery document...

You just view it....dont modify anything in that...

Hi Malhotra,

Check whether you have assign correct period indicator in Document Numbering Series of Delivery and Journal Entries both.

Check Journal Entries Document Numbering is Unlock or Not, If Not then unlock it with correct Period Indicator.

In NNM1 one document exist and i can't open it as system gives error of "No matching records found 'Delivery'(ODLN)(ODBC-2028)"

I have given common period indicator for Posting period, journal entry and delivery and all are unlocked..

Please suggest.

Its better to raise a message to SAP.....

Hi Saurabh,

First u have to LOCK all the document sereies except 11-12 financial year.

and if u have run period-end then gud if not then loked the posting period for 10-11.

may be help.

Hi Saurabh......

The Database might be damaged or it may have soem License related Issue.

Please check.

Go to License Administration--> in Allocation Tab You find Change Button Press that and change its Type and then relogin and Sign EULA and then try to open form.

Please check whether you assigned License properly or not.....
