Importing DocTypes, DIR's from DMS to EasyDMS

Hi Gurus,

I am New to EasyDMS. We have just installed Easy DMS 6.0 SP17 From SAP Market Place and Created Public and Private Root Folders

Now We need to import all the document types and Its DIR's from SAP R/3 DMS to EDMS

Kindly let me know how we can do that ?

I agree with Pradeep's comment.

Import functionality is not possible in Easy DMS. Its just an another user-friendly interface.

If you want to you can use search functionality. Now onwards you can use Easy DMS for your daily activities.

Kindly help me to understand it better.. Assume i have 5 doc types and DIR's In DMS, I need to view the Same in Easy dms (prefarabbly in tree form)

Now I am Able to see only the Public and Private root folders.

Import concept is not applicable here.

Utilize the 'Search' feature(binocular icon) in easyDMS,select the relevant document type and click search.Your results will be displayed!!

hi,

the latest version is easydms 7.0

you dont need to import anything from DMS to easyDMS..you can start using it directly for checkin files into DMS..the dms config data will be available in easyDMS document creation screen.
