leave error in ess

I am trying to apply a leave in ESS, but system showing an error message stating that

( I am applying leave on 25th this month)

No quota available for att./abs. CL for pers. no. 00000643 between 19.08.2009 and 19.08.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 04.09.2009 and 04.09.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 09.11.2009 and 09.11.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 10.11.2009 and 16.11.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 14.09.2009 and 14.09.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 16.06.2009 and 16.06.2009

No quota available for att./abs. EL for pers. no. 3 between 29.10.2009 and 29.10.2009

Whis may be the reason and how to solve it

Please check if the earlier sent leave request has exhausted

the absence quota ie all the quotas.

In leave request all error messages(accumulated) are thrown even

though it is not meant for the absence or quota being used

in the current one ie the day you request absence for, This is done in respect to check the

leave request remains consistent and error free

Please use the rptarqdbview for the pernr and see all

his leave requests ie in sent and approved status

And the absence EL or CL during those time spans is the one causing this issue.

For this

rule group the option "Check Includes Unposted Requests" is checked. So

it implies :

Specifies the data that is included in the plausibility checks for a

requested absence. The plausibility checks include collision checks and

a check for sufficient remaining leave, for example.

Use

If you select this field, the system also checks new requests that are

still open, change requests, and cancellations that have not yet been

stored in the infotypes and have the following status in the document

database:

SENT

APPROVED

Also refer the Note 1070831, which explains on how the deduction

is carried out in leave request.

Note that

you can delete these leave requests if these are not

required using RPTARQDBDEL. Quota deduction is rolled back when

new leave requests are requested. Please read the note 1070831

All the reports pertaining to Leave requests are available in trans code

PTARQ. Please check this.

is there even any quota available in Infotype 2006? Did you check? Because that's exactly what the error message suggests...
