column fields in a standard report

What if in the column set (see image), you do not have a certain field that you need?

Can you add it up? Or what is the possible solution so that you can add-up certain table fields in a standard report.

Hi,

You can add it if it is there in the structure,for eaxample in VA05N name of the sold to party will not come.So we have added in the structure [SERPSLS_GENDOC] name1 and appended it.Else you can copy the standard and create a Z report.

how to do the actual appending of field that you just mentioned?

Is it via abap program?

Is it via a report program?
