Solution manager support package upgrade from SP16 to SP18

Hi,

We alrready installed Solution manager 7 with SP16. Now we need to upgrade SP16 to SP18. Tell me the steps to upgrade and also the software component details related to this upgrade.

Hello,

Please have a look at the Solution Manager EHP1 update guide:

The scenario you need to run is update with SAINT/JSPM, please follow the instructions in the guide.

Please also bear in mind that SP stack 18 for Solution Manager is archived, so you will have to go to at least SP19.

Hello Shivjansi,

Please look at note 1274430. Of course Maintenance Optimizer SP17 can download Solution Manager EHP1 packages. Note 1274430 lists the required Support Package levels and notes for each Support Package level.

Also, the SOLMAN_SETUP can only be run in Solution Manager 7 EHP1, it does not exist in Solution Manager 7 SP17.
