SAPCCM4x Avalibility Status

Hi All,

Recently we have configured SAPCCM4x in satelite system and same has been mapped to SOLMON. when we monitor availability of satelite system from RZ21-->(Agent for remote system) it is showing online(Connection test is successfull).

same has been checked from RZ20>SAP CCMS Technical Expert Monitors>CCMS Agents satelite system is showing status in red and showing avalibility of the system is continously varying from time to time like (33% & 7%).

Rest of the satelite system avalibility is showing 100%.

In OS level status is runnning fine ended with RC 0. Due to this alert we are continously receiving mail alerts from solmon.

Hi Rajesh ,

Please check what is responce of RFC from solman to child system? whether it is working fine? Try to do a connection test in RZ21. Sometimes reregistering the agent solve this kind of issues,

Hi Moith,

Thanks for sharing information. I have checked RFC Connectinon is working fine. From RZ21 i have checked connection test Successfull.

After Analyzing the trace files iam getting the following error.

T:515 Error in program 'sapccm4x': ======> Value for ID 'PASSWD' not found gertting generated continously.

Rajesh ,

I guess your SAPCCM4X agent is older version. May be upgrading it to latest level can be a trick. Please refer below for more details::
