Component Configuration Tab not working

Hi Experts,

We are facing a unique issue in CRM.

In the Component Workbench (TCode BSP_WD_CMPWB), the configuration tab has stopped working.

In one of the components (IUICMDC) when we select any view and click the configuration tab, a screen layout should appear. However, only a blank screen is obtained.

This is only in our Quality system where we've applied Support Packs recently.

In our Pre-prod, where Support Packs are not there, it works fine.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Could you please check the HTML code of the blank page? Usually those blank pages have information on the html code about the

error.

Please give points if helps.
