Combination of Marketingattribut and Segment Builder

Hi CRM Gurus,

i want to segment Business partner with combination of marketingattribut and with graphic segment builder. Any ideas?

Hi Alexis,

it takes a few steps to achieve this. First you have to configure the attributes itself (TX: crmd_prof_char, crmd_prof_templ). Then you build the data source (TX: crmd_mktds) and the attribute list. Configure filters for the attribute list. After that you can go into the graphical modeller to segment based on your filter values. You can use different operations: and/or within and across the attributes. Add, remove or split when combining the attributes values.

Hi Alexis,

You will have to create your marketing attribute set as a data source for segmentation. You can do this using SAP-GUI transaction CRMD_MKTDS. Then you will have to add this data source to an attribute list (same transaction). Every active attribute of this attribute list will then be available in the segment builder.
