Este erro provavelmente está acontecendo pois você não deve ter as informações do seu sistema ABAP atualizado na SMSY do Solution Manager. Portanto ele acha que você ainda não está na versão 9. Atualize todas as informações do ABAP e Java na SMSY e gere um novo XML.

Apos fazer a atualização no solution manager smsy, abap e java, gerei um novo stack.xml, atualizei a spam saint 701-42 e bi_cont 705 spd 001, agora esta dando conflito de Ip, segue o logo, obrigado pela ajuda.
