BO on demand training

Hi. I am the manager of a team that has the responsibility to support our organizations adoption of BO on demand. Problem? We have no knowledge of the product.

I'm told we are using SAP BusinessObjects BI OnDemand, BOXI R3.1 Service Pack 3. What is the right training for good technical people, very familiar with report development, but new to the product, to get up to speed to help other's use BO on demend sucessfully?

Any thoughts or experience with this?

From the description of the product, you have BOXI 3.1 which is not the OnDemand cloud based service this forum is dedicated towards. By reporting, are you referring to ad-hoc reporting using webi docs or crystal reports that would be created using the Crystal Reports designer?

Thanks for the help Tony. We are talking about ad-hoc webi reporting. It is definately on-demand though. we use this site:
